Gear Oils

PENNASOL GLEIT- UND BETTBAHNOEL CGLP is very good for lubricating sliding machinery parts. PENNASOL GLEIT- UND BETTBAHNOEL CGLP are compatible with most of the drilling-, cutting or grinding emulsions. The lubricant film of the slideway oil is not washed off by such emulsions.
CGLP 68: For machinery with shared oil circuits, for the hydraulics and to lubricate track, at normal working temperatures.
CGLP 220: For slow movements under high loads. Slideways on heavyweight machine tools, drilling, planing and slotting machines, column guides on punching machines and presses as well as for extremely slow movements under heavy loads such as the support shaft of rotating tables etc.

PENNASOL MACHINERY GEAR OIL CLP was developed for heavy duty industrial gears. MACHINERY GEAR OIL CLP are used to lubricate spur-, bevel and worm gears, gear trains and bearings with dip and circulator lubrication, jaw clutches, axial bearings of roller mill stands and highly loaded sliding surfaces (joints). The oils perform very well in gears and bearings of rolling mill stands, on calenders, mining machinery, winches, crushing mills. Typical applications aboard ship, include gear drives for the main propulsion system and also : centrifuges, deck machinery, elevators.
